The added cleaning fee is passed on to a third party company who provide fresh towels, linen and professionally clean the property before each visit.
Early check-in can be arranged for an extra £10 per hour, ie if you would like to access the property at 1pm instead of 3pm, you will need to pay an extra £20.

We had a fantastic stay at Lucio’s cottage for a long weekend! It was perfectly located, close to both the train station and within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, pubs and shops and the seafront. It was really nicely furnished with everything you’d need, plus a very comfy bed which is always a bonus!

Was initially hard to find but the instructions were helpful. Code on the lock made it easy to get in without worrying about keys. The place was clean and tidy. We were staying with our baby. Initially I thought the cot would be set up for us but it was very accessible and easy to ourselves. Communication was clear and concise, no problems.

Excellent location with so many independent shops, coffee shops, restaurants on your doorstep. And only about 5 mins walk from train station, it was easy to find with helpful instructions from Lucio. Despite being so central it was amazingly quiet at night as it is tucked back off main street. I had a very relaxing stay, thanks to comfortable bed, great shower and the room also had lovely smell - a nice touch which made it feel a calm space.
