The Townhouse, only steps from the beach, is a stylish holiday retreat split over three floors. As you step inside enjoy the comfort of a modern kitchen combined with a period dining table and a fireplace. Ascend to the first floor for a bathroom with a full size bath, and a second separate room that can serve as an additional private bedroom with two sofa beds; one being a large sofabed that effortlessly transforms into a comfortable double bed, and another single size sofa bed for larger groups or families. Alternatively, you may also choose to keep it as a spacious living area which includes a smart TV and two comfortable couches!
On the top floor discover the master room with a kingsize bed, an en-suite shower room, and incorporated skylight. This well-designed space offers both convenience and luxury, ensuring a delightful stay for your holiday getaway.

The property is professionally cleaned so you have a comfortable stay. Hotel grade cotton linen provided as well as a clothes steamer for you to get ready for big events.
We have an Alexa in the kitchen / dining room to listen to music while you cook and dine! It’s easy to turn microphone off for extra privacy.
The lodge has a smart lock so you can arrive any time you like.
You will receive a pin on the day of your arrival which will be valid for the duration of your stay.
Check in is from 3pm and checkout at 10am, but there maybe some flexibility.

We had a fantastic stay at Lucio’s cottage for a long weekend! It was perfectly located, close to both the train station and within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, pubs and shops and the seafront. It was really nicely furnished with everything you’d need, plus a very comfy bed which is always a bonus!

Was initially hard to find but the instructions were helpful. Code on the lock made it easy to get in without worrying about keys. The place was clean and tidy. We were staying with our baby. Initially I thought the cot would be set up for us but it was very accessible and easy to ourselves. Communication was clear and concise, no problems.

Excellent location with so many independent shops, coffee shops, restaurants on your doorstep. And only about 5 mins walk from train station, it was easy to find with helpful instructions from Lucio. Despite being so central it was amazingly quiet at night as it is tucked back off main street. I had a very relaxing stay, thanks to comfortable bed, great shower and the room also had lovely smell - a nice touch which made it feel a calm space.
